So as promised here is the tutorial on how to make the Easter Egg Cards. They are super quick and easy and I can’t think of a better way to use up all those tiny scraps you’ve been saving. Yes, fellow fabric hoarders - you know who you are! Just use your choice of coloured card to print off the Easter Card Template and away you go.
2. Take a the ruler and line it up with the fold marks. Use the bone folder to score the card.
3. Use a ruler and the guide lines to cut the outline of the card with a Stanley Knife.
4. Use a shape cutter to cut out the oval section of the card.
5. Now fold the card in three along the scored lines.
6. Your card should now fold into three even sections. If you don’t want the Easter message then turn the card upside down.
7. Decide on your card design. Choose a small piece of fabric (you could also use paper) and some coordinating trims.
8. Glue your design on the inside of the first fold. Make sure your design is centred in the oval window.
9. Finally glue the first and second folds of the card together.
Congratulations - your card is now ready for an Easter greeting.
